Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Payments for psychotherapy may be made by check, credit card, or cash. Andrea is not a participating provider with insurance programs. She does not accept Venmo or other similar payment methods as they are not yet HIPAA compliant.

Insurance Information

Andrea is an out-of-network provider, however as a Licensed Professional Counselor her fees are almost always partially reimbursed through your insurance. It is your decision whether to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Each time you have a session, the fee is paid upfront and if you choose, Andrea will provide you with appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance company. Prior to your first session, it is recommended that you contact your insurance company and inquire about out-of-network benefits. It is important to ask if you have mental health benefits, the amount of your deductible and if any of it has been met, the reimbursement rate, how many sessions they help cover, and how they prefer to accept claims.

Psychotherapy Fees

Individual psychotherapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Let Andrea know if you are interested in “Breakthrough Intensive Therapy,” visit HERE for more information. Therapy intensives are ideal for someone who is needing short term treatment for long term impact or anyone who is interested.
